The Standard Level of SO2 (Sulfur dioxide) for Light Brown Raisins are between 500-600 ppm. However, please note we can process raisins with a higher or lower SO2 level based on the customer`s order.
This raisin berry size is generally between 290 to 300 pieces per 100 gr. So, Compared to Sultana Raisin Dark Brown they are a bit bigger.
